Joy of joys, 'tis nearly canvassing season — that most enjoyable of seasons when political activists appear on your doorstep without invitation to promote candidates and ideologies. Though often irritating and inconvenient, imagine opening your door to find a fresh-faced college student, politically engaged and brimming with enthusiasm. Here we were, thinking there was a crisis of apathy among young voters. Not so.

Who should we thank for infusing this degree of passion, motivating college students and recent graduates to invest themselves in America's future? It's an organization with which you're likely unfamiliar — an organization that has strategically positioned itself on college campuses and touts "a robust campus program," called Young Americans for Liberty. The red flag should be the use of "liberty," one of the words abducted from our American lexicon by the far right and its usage bastardized. Like "freedom" and "patriot," "liberty" has been manipulated and mutated into the polar opposite of its intended meaning.

The corrupting influence of outside dark money to attack public school teachers spearheaded by Glen Cordelli is disgraceful and will ultimately cost the tax payers of New Hampshire tens of millions of dollars.

Absolutely disgraceful, and another example of an extreme agenda promoted at the expense of the constituency he was elected to serve.
