CONWAY — The proposed town charter could turn town government into something more nimble and proactive, say charter commission members Ray Leavitt and Harrison Kanzler during a recent interview on Sun TV with Conway Daily Sun Publisher Mark Guerringue on Monday.

Residents will vote at the polls on the charter on April 9. The charter will be proposed by Article 2 on the ballot.
