COLEBROOK — A new class, “Sacred Geometry: Sacred Art for Stress Reduction” instructed by Carol Ellis, will be held at the Great North Woods Center for the Arts, 1993 US Route 3, Colebrook, on Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. The class is sponsored by the Connecticut River Artisan Group and Deb Sargent.

In this workshop, some of the sacred geometry found in our world, its purpose, history and how it can be incorporated into meditation practices will be explored. Grid designs will be examined, as well as physical, spiritual and emotional aspects of the grid, crystal arrangements and how people can use this tool for their mental health and well-being.
