BERLIN — St. Vincent Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Berlin announced this week it will now offer a special “work four days, get paid for five” schedule for frontline nursing staff.

Nursing home officials said this initiative presents a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in health care while enjoying an enhanced work-life balance.
