Margaret Rosalie Bolash

SHELBURNE -- Margaret Rosalie Bolash, 72, passed away peacefully Monday, May 12, at her home.
She was born on October 6, 1935, a daughter of the late Michael and Concetta (Pizzutti) Luciano of Summit, NJ. She was married to Joseph Bolash on June 18, 1955 and together they raised two sons, Robert and Christopher.
Always a working mom, she had been employed by Baltusrol Golf Course, Fabric Land, Weichert Real Estate and then after moving to New Hampshire, she worked for Ray’s Electric and Berlin City Ford. Margaret enjoyed horse racing, bingo, and darts, her hobbies included gardening, ceramics and sewing. She especially enjoyed looking after her grandchildren. Margaret was blessed with a beautiful voice, a big heart, a great smile, and wonderful personality. She was loved by her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her sons, Robert, wife Monique of Shelburne, and Christopher, wife Sue of Clinton, NJ.; her brother, Michael (Sonny) and wife Lee Luciano of Summit, NJ.; her sisters, Bridget and husband Dick Tranquilli of Gillette, NJ., sister Janet Luciano of Shelburne, sister Barbara Ann and husband William Weichert, III, of Shelburne. and is predeceased by her sister, Patricia Hudnall, husband Joseph, still of Shelburne; her sister in-law, Elin Dolan and husband George of Annapolis, MD.;several nieces and nephews; her five grandchildren who brought joy into her life, Lee Anne, Michelle, Nicole, Matthew and Tony.
There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, June 7, at Holy Family Parish, Church Street in Gorham.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fleury-Patry Funeral Homes of Berlin and Gorham, NH.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make donations may do so to the Norris Cotton Cancer Research Center, c/o Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital, 1 Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH, 03756.


Albert R. Montesi

BERLIN -- Funeral services for Mr. Albert R. Montesi, 81, of Smyth St., Berlin, were held on May 2, 2008 at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, following prayers at the Bryant Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated by Reverend Jeffrey Statz. Interment was in the St. Kieran Cemetery where Father Statz read the committal prayers.
Military honors were provided by members of the White Mountain Veterans Council including Andy Gauthier, Donald Guerin, Maurice Tremblay, Gil Laramee, Louis Perreault and Jack Gotheur. The American Flag was presented to Mrs. Montesi by MSG Scott Hodgman. The pallbearers were Albert Montesi, Harold Sherman, Michael Miranda and Carl Lacroix. Many relatives and friends attended the service.


Pauline Fournaise

DOVER-- Mrs. Pauline (Bourque) Fournaise, 75, passed away unexpectedly in the morning hours of Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at the Wentworth Douglass Hospital.
She was born in East Angus, PQ, on August 6, 1932, a daughter of the late Alyre and Blanche (Cormier) Bourque. She was married to Gaston Fournaise and together they raised one daughter. Pauline was employed as a certified nurse’s aide by St. Vincent DePaul Nursing Home and Coos Family Health, retiring in 1995.
Pauline loved her family deeply. She enjoyed traveling to visit family, shopping and anytime spent with her loved ones. She will be sadly missed.
Pauline is survived by her daughter, Linda O’Hara and her husband George of Berlin; her brothers, Rosaire, Hector and his wife Raymonde and Marie Louis Bourque all of East Angus, PQ; her sister,: Rolande Labonville of Gorham, Mignonne Maltair of Sherbrooke, Florette Galipeau and her husband Paul of East Angus, Suzanne McKinney and her husband Bob of Elliot, Me., and her sister-in-law, Aline Bourque of East Angus, P.Q. She will also be remembered by her grandchildren, A.J. O’Hara of Pittsfield and Veronica Poulin and her husband Shayne of Lebanon, Me., and her great-grandchildren, Caleb and Katina.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as by her husband, Gaston Fournaise on March 8, 2000, and her brother, Robert Bourque.
Friends and relatives may call on the family on Friday, May 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 72 High Street in Berlin, using the School Street entrance.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, at 1 p.m. at the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home with the Deacon Merle Albert officiating.
