Arthur M. Potter, 87, died Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Orono Commons in Orono, Maine. He was born on May 18, 1928, in Milan, a son of the late R. Wilbur and Margaret (Goehler) Potter. Arthur enlisted with the U.S. Army in 1945 and served in World War II and the Korean War. He went to the University of New Hampshire in Durham, and graduated in 1951 with a degree in Agriculture.
