LANCASTER — Coos-Carroll County USDA Farm Service Agency Executive Director Patricia Matte, announced that the nomination period for local FSA county committees began on Wednesday, June 15. Lucille Marie-Berthe (Tanguay) Kilbride, passed away peacefully. Born in St. Justine, Quebec, on October 25, 1924, she was the daughter of Rosaire and Albertine (Mathieu) Tanguay. She moved to Berlin with her family when she was three years old. Before she married, she worked at Ware Knitters in Berlin.
