BERLIN – The state Executive Council this week approved a $500,000 federal Community Development Block Grant to renovate the former Bartlett School into 13 apartment units.The grant application was made by Coos County, which in turn will subgrant $475,000 of the grant to TKB Properties/ New England Family Housing.
