Columbia man's death ruled a homicide

COLUMBIA - Law enforcement officials late Thursday afternoon said a Columbia man was shot in the head and his death has been ruled a homicide. The body of David Oldham, 55, of Route 3 was found Wednesday afternoon and members of the state police major crime unit and the attorney-general’s office were at the scene through the night.
