City-wide revaluation underway

BERLIN — The city is in the middle of a property revaluation that some predict will show a drop in residential property values.At their meeting last week, the board of assessors provided an update on the process that has been underway since February.The state requires municipalities to reappraise all real estate every five years at a minimum.
