Abigail Johanna Goodrum

Abigail Johanna Goodrum was born on May 19, 2017, to Victoria and Jeremy Goodrum of Milan at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin, weighing 6 pounds and 2 1/2 ounces. Her family includes paternal grandfather Earl Goodrum of Milan and deceased paternal grandmother Loretta Goodrum. Maternal grandparents include Tom and Helen Soucie of Colebrook.

After her birth, Abigail was celebrated as the youngest member of the American Legion Post 36. Her mother is a bartender for the American Legion, and her father is the Sons of American Legion Chaplain. Her grandfather also serves the legion as the second vice president.

Wesley Edson Carpenter

CarpenterWesley Edson Carpenter was born to Elizabeth (Hutchins) Carpenter and Kevin Carpenter of Conway on January 3, 2017, at 2:34 a.m. at Memorial Hospital in North Conway. He weighed 5 pounds, 15 ounces. He joins Kherry, 19, and Vivian, 11. Maternal grandparents are Wendy and David Heald of East Conway. Paternal grandparents are John and Jo Anne Carpenter of Shelburne. Maternal great-grandmother is Ida Hutchins of East Conway.

Abel Raymond High

Robert High and Lynn Blais of Berlin, are pleased to announce the birth of their son Abel Raymond High. He was born March 2, 2017, at 6:48 p.m., at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin. Abel weighed 7 pounds, 0.5 ounces, and was 19 and three-quarter inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Roger and Irene Blais of Berlin. Paternal grandparents are Catherine High of Gorham, and Robert High of Whitefield.

Abel joins his big sister Kali Blais, 15 years old, and his big brother, Robert High, 12 years old at home.

Steve and Sheena (St. Hilaire) Gorsun announce the arrival of their son William Paul Gorsun, born September 5, 2016, weighing 5lbs 14oz and 20 inches long. William’s maternal grandparents are Marc and Gail Poulin of Errol, and the late Paul St. Hilaire of Berlin. William’s paternal grandparents are Charlie and Patty Gorsun of South Berwick, Maine.
